UFO

My friend Thomas Hawk is going to be visiting Seattle on July 11 for a Photowalk that starts at Pike Market -- visit his blog post at http://thomashawk.com/2008/06/photowalking-seattle-style.html for all of the details. I love his shot of the Pike Market sign -- very unique -- wish I had thought of that one! My own shots in and around the metro area are located in this Seattle photoset at Flickr.

I remember last year you blogged about working with various product teams and independently to enable new connected entertainment scenarios. Anything further you can discuss about its progress. All I want to know, not necessarily details, is that your research/input into a number of incomplete/broken user scenarios have made its way into corresponding product development roadmaps. Of particular concern to me is in-home media streaming/distribution. Media Center is largely the key enabling platform for that. But when you add Zune and Windows Home Server to the mix, some things are not readily apparent or do not integrate the way you might expect with Media Center.
