As Aaron notes, the Q application will be included in Joe Belfiores keynote and shown by myself and Stephen Toub while at Mix06. We've been subscribing to various and sundry feeds to test things out -- now it's time to decide what to put into the Q:Helix.

Nominate yourself or others in the comments, with a pointer to the RSS (not HTML) feed. Who knows, your content might be showcased on stage in front of all the attendees at Mix06, demonstrated by JoeB himself. :-)

I don't have a specific feed suggestion except ians.

However, I recommend paying homage and including something by adam curry or even ask him for suggestions. After all he started the whole podcasting thing.

I would like to nominate Buzz Out Loud, CNET's "podcast of indeterminate length".
Heres there description:
"BUZZ OUT LOUD
Buzz Out Loud is CNET's "podcast of indeterminate length," features Tom, Molly, and producer Veronica's entertaining, sometimes caustic, and always skeptical take on technology news. This daily podcast features commentary, guests, and phone calls and e-mail from our listeners. "
Check'em out here at Cnet Podcast Central http://www.cnet.com/4520-11455_1-6333605-1.html

Serious?! Where did this delay with Vista come from? Its amazing that Allchin isn't being fired for this announcement today! Was his retirement really his own choice or has BillG finally had enough of missed dates from his staff? Microsoft promised up and down that Vista would ship in 2006, and now the date is moved past the Christmas selling season. Its obviously some kind of media center/aacs/drm issue since the business SKU's of Vista are still scheduled for November 2006 availabilty to colume licensees. Very disappointing guys.

Hi Mike,

Your comment is off topic for this post, but I'll answer anyway. :-)

1) The new date does not boil down to three features (Windows Media Center, AACS and DRM). We wish it were that simple, but it's not -- Windows Vista is a major release of Windows (think on the scale of Windows 95 and Windows XP).
2) The new date give us more time to make sure Windows Vista is of a high quality when it gets to consumer hands.
3) The Christmas selling season is important, but a high quality release of Windows Vista is more important.
