I wonder if you could expand this out to a Windows Media Center client for participation -- I bet execs would absolutely love that type of feature.

So completely off topic but... a digg linked post is claiming that the 360 will support xvid and divx natively some time soon

Any comment on if this is the case? I know that if true I would be buying a couple more 360 front ends and planing my vista strategy a bit more serously... but right now being faced with either wife/kids unfriendly transcode360 option or re encodiing hundreds of kids movies and what not... lets just say I'm less excited about a vista Central media strategy based on 360 frontends.
